About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Store Manager Fresher to support and manage day-to-day store operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is interested in retail, inventory management, customer handling, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day store operations.
• Maintain and update inventory and stock records.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Handle inward and outward movement of products/materials.
• Ensure proper arrangement and organization of the store.
• Assist customers and resolve basic queries professionally.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Support billing and daily cash reconciliation, where applicable.
• Prepare basic reports related to inventory and store operations.
• Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper maintenance of the store.
• Support the store team in achieving operational and sales targets.
• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn store and inventory management.
• Ability to handle responsibilities independently.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
