Store Manager

Salary $65,000 - $85,000 plus bonuses

Job Overview
We need an experienced manager who can lead a team of 15+ staff and consistently deliver great customer service, maintain a well-run and clean store and manage labor and product cost. The C-Store Manager will be accountable for managing employees, customer service, problem resolution, and performance and image of store.

Job Requirements:

• Five years management experience, two of which managing a fast paced retail store
• Knowledge of all operations of a retail store
• Managing the process of ordering and delivery of product from vendors
• Following up with employees to be sure they did what they were expected to do correctly and in a timely manner
• Manage, organize and keep store cleanliness at all times
• Hiring, training, counseling, and terminating employees to be sure there is enough staff to support the volume of store sales while managing labor cost
• Effectively manage inventory for product and supplies
• Identify potential risks such as misused equipment, driving hazards, and distracted workers to keep our employees and customers safe at all times
• Store open 24-7, must be willing to work all shifts when needed

To be successful in this role, the Store Manager needs to have supervised a staff of 5 or more, including hiring and firing responsibilities, and has previous retail experience. Candidate must have reliable transportation and be able to work hours required to maintain store.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
