Job Description for Store Executive Civil Construction Project

• Responsible for the efficient management of materials and supplies used in the construction project.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Monitor stock levels regularly and track materials that are nearing depletion:
• Assist in the planning and implementation of material procurement based on the project's needs.
• Inspect materials during receiving for quality and quantity, and cross-check with purchase orders.
• Collaborate with the procurement and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Help in identifying ways to reduce waste and improve the use of resources.
• Assist in maintaining budgetary constraints related to material consumption.
• Must be knowledge of construction equipments.
• Handle construction materials such as cement, steel, sand, aggregates, pipes, electrical/plumbing materials, etc.
