Store Manager

Location: Ayala, Makati
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily boutique operations and ensure smooth store activities.
• Maintain high standards for store presentation and visual merchandising.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve sales targets and assist clients with luxury product selection.
• Lead, train, and motivate the retail sales team.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and product records.
• Prepare sales reports and monitor key sales performance indicators.
• Coordinate product authentication and ensure proper handling of high-value items.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in retail management is required.
• Experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or high-end watches/timepieces is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge and interest in luxury brands and current market trends.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing and developing a retail sales team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
