We are looking for a Store Manager who will lead our automotive branch operations and ensure excellent customer service, efficient team performance, and achievement of business targets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Automotive Management, or related field preferred
- With 2–3 years of experience in store/branch management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Knowledge in automotive service operations is an advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Sales-oriented and target-driven
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Willing to work on-site and manage daily branch operations
