Store Manager

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our restaurant. The Store Manager is responsible for building a strong team, delivering an excellent guest experience, maintaining high operating standards, and achieving sales and profitability goals.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and knows how to motivate a team while maintaining a positive, accountable culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Create a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales, labor, food cost, and profitability goals.
• Manage labor effectively through proper scheduling and staffing.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and restaurant appearance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health regulations.
• Monitor inventory, food costs, waste, and product availability.
• Review daily sales and operational performance and take corrective action when needed.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
• Manage cash handling and restaurant security procedures.
• Ensure the restaurant is properly staffed and operational during peak periods.
• Resolve guest and employee concerns professionally and promptly.
• Support local marketing and community initiatives.
• Maintain a safe working environment for both employees and guests.

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant management or QSR leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to analyze sales, labor, food cost, and other operating metrics.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification.
