Store Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at a busy phone shop. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, helping customers select the right mobile devices, accessories, and service plans to meet their needs. You will engage with customers to understand their preferences, demonstrate product features, and close sales while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Reposonsibility

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs

• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of various mobile phones and accessories

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile phone models, promotions, and industry trends

• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with a positive attitude

• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing store layout

• Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing merchandise

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

• Basic knowledge of mobile phones and technology is a plus

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £34,000.00 per year
