Store Manager — Tanner’s Coffee
Playa del Rey, CA | $23–$25/hour

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on manager to lead our coffee shop and work closely with the owner.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and hold staff accountable.
• Must know all basics and advanced coffee skills including making latte art.
• Create schedules and coordinate shift coverage.
• Maintain consistent drink and food recipes.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and vendors.
• Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Support the team on the floor during busy shifts.

Requirements

Must have 2+ years ofCoffee shop management experience, strong leadership and organization, and weekday/weekend availability.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
