Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, customer-focused, and experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Sadiga Wedding Centre. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing staff, serving customers, maintaining stock, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the showroom operates efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the wedding centre/showroom.
• Supervise, motivate, and coordinate sales and support staff.
• Ensure customers receive excellent service from enquiry through purchase.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
• Monitor daily sales, revenue, and staff performance.
• Set and follow up on sales targets and business objectives.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Coordinate stock receiving, display, movement, and replenishment.
• Ensure products and showroom displays are clean, attractive, and properly arranged.
• Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales closing procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers and management when required.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and operational reports for management.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and customer-service standards are followed.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct among staff.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers.
• Support promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and special sales events.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and store performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, showroom, fashion, wedding, jewellery, or related sales management is preferred.
• Good leadership and team-management skills.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Good knowledge of sales and inventory management.
• Ability to handle cash, billing, and basic reporting.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office or relevant billing/inventory software.
• Malayalam proficiency is essential; knowledge of English is preferred.

Working Conditions

The Store Manager is expected to work according to the business operating hours of Sadiga Wedding Centre and may be required to work additional hours during wedding seasons, weekends, festivals, and promotional events.

Reports to: Management / Proprietor, Sadiga Wedding Centre

Compensation

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and suitability.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,122.24 - ₹25,000.00 per month
