- Execute and improve daily store operations, optimize sales floor layout, and ensure fast stock turnover and strong product presentation
- Lead, train, and develop store staff, build a stable team with clear roles, and reduce staff turnover
- Identify store performance issues, implement improvements, and work closely with the Area Manager on strategy execution
