Role Profiles & Eligibility :
Store Manager (SM) & Assistant Store Manager (ASM)

Minimum Eligibility :
Education : 12th pass minimum; Graduate preferred

Experience: SM: 4 + years in retail management.

ASM: 3 years in a senior retail role

Skills:
Jewellery, Accessories, or Premium Lifestyle Retail preferred
Store operations, visual merchandising, inventory management, team development, customer handling

Languages : English + local language preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales targets, conversion rates, and average order value (ATV) goals.
• Recruit, train, develop, and appraise the store team.
• Ensure VM (Visual Merchandising) standards always align with brand guidelines.
• Manage daily operations: opening/closing, cash reconciliation, stock audits, and shrinkage control.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and build long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly performance reports to the Regional Manager.
• Uphold PALMONAS service standards and ensure brand compliance across all touchpoints store level
