Store Manager

· Manage complete day-to-day operations of the furniture showroom.

· Welcome, attend, and professionally handle all walk-in customers and enquiries.

· Understand customer requirements and assist them with suitable furniture selections.

· Manage showroom sales, follow-ups, quotations, and order conversions.

· Supervise showroom employees, allocate daily responsibilities, and monitor performance.

· Maintain proper records of showroom stock, display items, and product movement.

· Coordinate with warehouse, billing, delivery, and installation teams for smooth order execution.

· Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sales follow-ups.

· Ensure proper showroom presentation, cleanliness, product display, and discipline.

· Prepare and maintain daily sales, customer, stock, and store operation reports.

· Coordinate with management regarding sales performance, customer feedback, and operational requirements.

· Ensure smooth end-to-end store operations and maintain a positive customer experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
