Store Manager

About the role

Manage and oversee a Gelato/Café operation in accordance with company standards. Oversee sales, costs, and branch operational performance. Manage and schedule employee work shifts. Train and develop the team to maintain service standards. Monitor customer experience and resolve customer issues. Control product quality, cleanliness, and store standards. Analyze sales performance and present strategies to increase sales. Coordinate with Marketing, HR, Purchase, and Operations departments.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Experience at Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager level in Café, Gelato, Restaurant, or F&B business
• Leadership ability and capability to manage a team effectively
• Good English communication skills
• Passion for service work and understanding of customer experience
• Sales and cost management skills
• Ability to solve problems effectively
• Able to work in shifts and in a restaurant environment
