Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management.
• Manage inventory control, purchasing, stocking, and merchandising to optimize product presentation and availability.
• Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing team aligned with company standards.
• Implement employee orientation programs and conduct ongoing training & development initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare budgets, and manage payroll to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain organizational standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.

Experience

• Proven management experience in retail store environments with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong background in retail sales management, including inventory management, merchandising, and POS systems.
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee recruitment, interviewing, and team supervision.
• Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and operational management.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse customer bases.
• Familiarity with grocery or wireless sales is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster a positive customer experience.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
