Duties

• Lead and supervise the retail sales team, providing ongoing training and development to enhance performance and customer engagement
• Manage store operations including inventory control, purchasing, pricing, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities
• Oversee employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and onboarding processes to build a strong team foundation
• Handle payroll processing, cash handling, cashiering duties, and bookkeeping tasks accurately and efficiently
• Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, inventory management, and reporting purposes
• Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment
• Implement operational procedures for shift management, stock stocking, inventory audits, and safety compliance

Experience

• Proven management experience within the retail industry or similar environment with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong background in retail sales management with expertise in inventory management, merchandising, and operational oversight
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation, team leadership, communication, and managerial development
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, payroll processing, and bookkeeping practices
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Prior experience in grocery or specialty retail stores is advantageous but not mandatory
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $31,200.00 - $44,200.00 per year
