Store Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Manage and supervise store staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve store targets
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Implement marketing initiatives to promote the store and attract new customers

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a retail management role or similar position
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as record keeping and report generation
• Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and inventory management
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Note: Multilingual skills are a plus but not required for this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour
