About the Role
Pahal Nutrition is looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our store in Patel Nagar. The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle the store, interact professionally with customers, manage basic store activities, and support other operational tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as per the scheduled timings.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Welcome and assist customers and understand their requirements.
• Provide information about products and guide customers in making suitable choices.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain proper stock records and monitor inventory levels.
• Check incoming and outgoing products and ensure proper storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Handle billing and basic cash/payment-related activities.
• Coordinate with the team/supplier for stock requirements and replenishment.
• Maintain daily sales and store-related records.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and the store remains presentable.
• Support promotional activities and other store-related tasks.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail, store management, customer service, sales, or a similar role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to independently manage store operations.
• Basic knowledge of billing, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Responsible, punctual, and organized.
• Willingness to take ownership of additional tasks when required.
