Store Manager

PINKO is a contemporary Italian fashion brand known for its distinctive aesthetic, sophisticated femininity, and bold, contemporary collections. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to join our team at the PINKO Boutique in Golden Hall .

The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and daily operations of the boutique, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while leading and developing the sales team and achieving commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the boutique and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.
• Deliver an exceptional and personalized customer experience and build strong client relationships.
• Monitor sales performance and KPIs, identifying opportunities to maximize results.
• Ensure the boutique consistently meets PINKO's visual merchandising and presentation standards.
• Support stock management, operational procedures, and daily reporting.
• Handle customer feedback and requests professionally and effectively.
• Act as a strong ambassador for the PINKO brand.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Store Management experience, and 5 years of work experience in Fashion, premium or luxury retail.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for fashion and a good understanding of current trends.
• Excellent customer service and clienteling skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented approach.
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
