Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Store Manager to manage daily store operations, inventory, stock movement, and store staff. The candidate should have good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and activities.
• Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
• Monitor stock receipts, issues, and transfers.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the purchase, sales, and accounts departments.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and report replenishment requirements.
• Ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
• Supervise store staff and ensure discipline and productivity.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Maintain proper documentation for all stock movements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in store management or inventory control.
• Knowledge of stock management and inventory documentation.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with inventory software or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage stock accurately and efficiently.

Salary
