Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the store. The candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with staff, ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining proper records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels, inventory, and store records.
• Handle stock receiving, issuing, and proper storage of materials.
• Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory verification.
• Ensure proper documentation of stock movement and transactions.
• Identify stock discrepancies and take corrective action.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the store.
• Prepare regular inventory and operational reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems.
• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
