Job Description – Store Manager (Luxury Jewellery Retail)

Role Summary: The Store Manager will be responsible for overall store performance, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, and leading a high-performing retail team while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly/annual targets
• Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, billing, and visual merchandising
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to ensure high productivity and service excellence
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high repeat business
• Handle customer escalations and ensure resolution aligned with brand values
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements
• Coordinate with HO teams (Merchandising, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain)
• Monitor stock levels, shrinkage control, and stock accuracy
• Maintain grooming, display, and visual standards as per luxury brand guidelines

Requirements:

• 3–8 years of experience in jewellery or luxury retail (mandatory)
• Proven experience as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Sales-driven mindset with strong customer orientation
• Excellent knowledge of jewellery retail operations and CRM
• Well-groomed, presentable, and brand-aligned personality

Preferred:

• Experience with premium or heritage jewellery brands
• Local market knowledge of the city

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
