Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee overall daily store operations and ensure smooth and efficient execution.

2. Drive sales performance and achieve assigned store targets and KPIs.

3. Lead, coach, and manage store employees to maintain productivity and service standards.

4. Ensure proper inventory management, cash handling, merchandising, and loss prevention.

5. Maintain compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.

2. At least 2–3 years of experience in store operations, preferably in retail.
