Benefit Meals is looking for an energetic, dependable, and hands-on store manager to help lead our store team and keep things running smoothly!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, leading a team, and staying busy. Our managers are very hands-on and aren't afraid to jump in wherever they're needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct store associates throughout the day
• Help manage the front of the store and assist customers
• Operate the POS system and assist with customer checkouts
• Keep the customer coolers stocked, organized, and presentable
• Plate and portion meals as needed
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store and work areas
• Make sure associates are staying on task and completing their responsibilities
• Train and assist new team members
• Help create a positive, friendly environment for both customers and employees

What We're Looking For

• Previous management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Reliable, responsible, and organized
• Comfortable directing and working alongside a team
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude
• Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
• Willing to be hands-on and help with all aspects of the store

We're looking for someone who can lead by example. As a Store Manager at Benefit Meals, you'll spend plenty of time working alongside your team. You'll help the front, keep the coolers stocked, make sure the store stays clean, plate meals, and help direct the team throughout the day.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
