Store Manager

Oversee daily store operations and ensure the showroom is well organized and professionally presented. Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve sales targets. Assist customers with furniture selection and provide personalized product guidance. Build strong customer relationships and handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales concerns. Monitor stock availability and coordinate with inventory and delivery teams. Maintain attractive product displays in line with company standards. Track sales performance and report results and improvement opportunities to management.

Previous store management experience in the furniture industry. Strong French communication skills. Proven sales, leadership, and team management abilities.
