Store Manager

• Set sales targets, analyze P&L statements, track performance metrics, and optimize operational costs across all branches.
• Ensure proper merchandising, organizational standards, policy compliance, and stock control to minimize shrinkage.
• Train, coach, and motivate Store Managers; partner with HR to manage manpower budgets and staffing needs.
• Implement regional marketing plans, oversee store sampling events, monitor local competitor activity, and collect market feedback to maintain a business advantage.
• Ensure high customer service standards across all locations and resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
• Collaborate with Head Office teams, report performance directly to Management, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager/District Manager/Multi-Unit Retail Manager.
• Strong background in P&L management, financial reporting, and loss prevention/inventory control.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and drive performance across multi-site teams.
• Excellent organizational, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently across assigned store locations.
