What they need
Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan minimal D3/S1
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di industri F&B.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai Supervisor/Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager.
Memahami operasional restoran dari opening hingga closing.
Memahami inventory, stock opname, FIFO/FEFO, waste control dan food safety.
Memiliki kemampuan membaca dan menganalisis sales serta operational performance.
Mampu membuat jadwal kerja dan mengelola manpower.
Memiliki kemampuan leadership, coaching, problem solving dan decision making yang baik.
Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan KPI.
Mampu menggunakan Google Workspace/Microsoft Office terutama Excel/Google Sheets.
Bersedia bekerja shift, weekend dan hari libur sesuai kebutuhan operasional.
