Auckland CBD is waking up. New train stations are open on our doorstep, peak trading is gearing up towards Christmas, and we’re looking for someone ready to make their mark.

Recycle Boutique is looking for a commercially sharp, high-energy Store Manager to take the lead at our Darby Street store, our longest-standing location and a cornerstone of the Recycle Boutique story.

This isn’t a maintenance role. It’s an opportunity to build momentum, lift the customer experience, shape store culture, and lead one of Auckland’s most established pre-loved fashion destinations into its next chapter.

The Mission

• Drive the Floor: Be visible, set the pace, and build a high-performing team that turns foot traffic into loyal customers and strong sales.
• Own the Numbers: Take full responsibility for your KPIs, turning retail insights into immediate floor action.
• Master the Stock: Great stock is the engine of pre-loved fashion. Drive rapid intake processing, enforce uncompromising quality standards, and maintain an inspiring, constantly changing shop floor.
• Put the Store on the Map: Don’t wait for foot traffic. Champion the store through local CBD activations, community connections, and creative energy that gets people talking.
