Store Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and hands-on Store Manager to lead our Amorino Nashville team and deliver the exceptional hospitality for which Amorino is known. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the overall success of the store.

Duties:

● Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, scheduling, and training

● Lead and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service

● Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth

● Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability

● Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

● Handle and resolve customer concerns or issues

● Conduct staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates

● Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement

● Ensure compliance with Amorino policies, procedures, and standards

● Oversee daily store operations and ensure the store runs efficiently

Qualifications:

● Previous management or supervisory experience

● Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

● Proficient in cash handling and basic math

● Knowledge of sales and customer service principles

● Experience training and developing employees

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example

The Store Manager will be expected to work alongside the team, including assisting customers, working on the line, operating the register, and supporting daily store operations as needed.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
