Store Manager

ASCO Motors is looking for an energetic and experienced Store Manager / Showroom Manager to manage our premium Aprilia & Vespa showroom at Jhandewalan, New Delhi.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales, customer handling, team management and showroom operations experience, preferably from the automobile, two-wheeler, premium retail or lifestyle retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

Take complete ownership of showroom sales and daily operations

Achieve monthly sales, revenue and enquiry conversion targets

Lead, motivate and manage the sales team

Monitor walk-ins, leads, test rides and customer follow-ups

Ensure excellent customer experience

Drive Aprilia & Vespa product sales

Monitor daily sales funnel and prepare MIS reports

Ensure proper CRM/DMS updating and lead management

Plan and execute local marketing activities and customer events

Maintain showroom presentation and brand standards

Coordinate with service, spare parts and accounts teams

Manage stock, display vehicles and showroom requirements

Handle customer escalations professionally

Develop corporate, institutional and referral business

Analyse competition and local market opportunities

Ensure achievement of individual

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
