What You'll Do

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the store, leading both people and performance while creating an exceptional experience for every guest.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead by example with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and outstanding customer service
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Mentor future leaders and support employee growth and advancement

Operations & Performance

• Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
• Execute company promotions, merchandising plans, and sales initiatives
• Manage inventory, expenses, labor costs, and store budgets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures

Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional service and create loyal customers
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment

Hands-On Leadership

• Understand and perform all store functions when needed
• Assist with minor maintenance and facility upkeep
• Lead from the front and support the team during busy periods

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to perform light maintenance and repair tasks

Pay: $51,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
