Responsibilities:

• Lead daily store operations and team performance
• Maintain a positive and energetic work environment
• Ensure top-notch guest service and product quality
• Oversee inventory management and ordering
• Schedule and manage labor to meet business needs
• Train, mentor, and coach team members
• Uphold Cold Stone brand standards and store cleanliness
• Drive store sales and implement promotional strategies
• Decorate Cakes and Novelties on a weekly basis

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) or food retail environment
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Experience with inventory tracking and cost control
• A genuine passion for customer service and making people happy
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33.0 – 40.0 per week
