- บริหารจัดการร้าน Tops Daily ให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
- ควบคุมค่าใช้จ่าย
- บริหารการเงินและทรัพย์สินรวบรวมรายงานการขายและนับเงินของแต่ละรอบงาน/วัน
- วางแผนการขาย บริการลูกค้า และจัดการดูแลและป้องกันการสูญเสีย
คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
- วุฒิการศึกษา ม. 6 - ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านร้านสะดวกซื้อ แคชเชียร์ ซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต ร้านอาหาร งานบริการ 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความเป็นผู้นำ และมีทักษะในการขาย
- สามารถเข้ากะได้ หมุนเวียนวันหยุด
- มีทักษะด้านการประสานงานและทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี พร้อมเรียนรู้ & ส่งเสริมการเติบโตของพนักงาน
- หากมีประสบการณ์เป็นผู้จัดการร้านสะดวกซื้อมาก่อนจะพิจารณาพิเศษ
