What they need
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager with a strong retail background to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Lead, manage and motivate the store team.
- Monitor sales, targets and overall store performance.
- Manage stock, ordering and inventory control.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a well-organized store.
Requirements:
- Previous retail management experience is essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Transport provided for staff commuting from the Lenasia area.
