Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintaining stock levels to meet sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, reduce shrinkage, and increase profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead a team of retail staff members to achieve individual and collective goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in Retail Management or related field (preferably from an organized retail background, preferably from skincare or fashion retail brand)
• Proven track record of success in managing stores with high-volume transactions (>10 CR) and strong financial acumen.
