• Make the staff rota
• Keep the store looking sharp with good displays
• Manage stock and keep losses low
• Keep the store safe and secure
• Report to the Area Manager in English

What we are looking for

• Retail experience as a supervisor, assistant manager or store manager
• Fluent Dutch and good working English, both spoken and written. You will work with our UK team every day.
• Comfortable with numbers and sales figures
• Good with people, able to train and motivate a team
• Organised and calm when the store is busy
• Outdoor, sports or fashion retail is a plus

What you get

• Staff discount on Trespass clothing and gear
• Real chances to grow. We like to promote from within.
