As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Store Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who takes ownership of store performance, motivates employees, and ensures operations run smoothly and efficiently.

This is a hands-on management position that requires someone who is comfortable leading from the floor, solving problems, and holding their team accountable.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and productivity.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage store employees.
• Lead and motivate staff to maintain high performance and excellent customer service.
• Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and overall performance.
• Manage labor costs and maintain efficient staffing levels.
• Ensure merchandise is properly organized, stocked, and displayed.
• Oversee inventory movement, restocking, and weekly store resets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shopping environment.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Implement and enforce company policies and operational procedures.
• Monitor store performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
• Work closely with ownership to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Help prevent theft, minimize losses, and maintain proper inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Experience managing large teams in high-volume retail environments is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with employee scheduling, labor management, and performance tracking.
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to lead by example.
