STORE MANAGER

We are looking for a motivated, reliable and customer-focused Store Manager to join our team!

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Working Hours: 30–40 hours per week
• Pay Rate: $25 per hour
• Availability: Must be available to work weekends
• Location: Rosedale, Auckland, New Zealand

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient running.
• Lead, motivate, train and supervise team members to maintain high performance and teamwork.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, place orders and minimise wastage.
• Ensure excellent standards of store cleanliness, product presentation, hygiene and food safety.
• Manage staff scheduling, rosters and daily operational tasks effectively.
• Monitor sales performance, support business growth and implement strategies to improve store efficiency.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally while maintaining high service standards.

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a supervisory/management role is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities.
• A proactive, professional and positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and make sound decisions.
• Understanding of stock control, sales targets and daily store operations.
• Reliable, flexible and available to work weekends as required.
• A strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness and food safety.

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
