Store Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage overall store operations and daily activities
• Supervise and guide store staff
• Drive store sales and achieve targets
• Approach customers and assist them in selecting products
• Handle billing and POS operations
• Manage stock, inventory, and product availability
• Maintain the store layout and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
• Possess good communication skills and a pleasant personality
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in book retail/book industry preferred

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 to 5 years of retail experience
• Knowledge of store operations and inventory management
• Leadership and team handling skills
• Strong communication skills
• Languages required: English and Kannada
• Candidate should be local to Bangalore
• Must be from a retail background.
