What they need
- Would have to prepare all indent material requisition and to verify them.
- Would be responsible for receiving materials, checking & making M.R.N.
- Would be responsible for daily required materials checking & maintenance.
- Would have to prepare reports of discrepancy in case of any short supply, wrong supply or transit damages.
- Would have to update the inbound register and raise the GRN to book materials cost so that the suppliers receive payment in time.
- Would have to ensure proper storage, billing of the items, codification as well as preservation of the same.
- Would be responsible for daily physical verification of store, keeping stores stacked as per materials required for consumption and maintaining minimum stock level of fast moving items.
- Would have to ensure proper coordination on issuing material.
- Would have to prepare MIS reports.
- Would have to keep all required parts / materials in store for emergency period.
- You would also have to prepare monthly stock records statement.
- Would be responsible for all issues of materials.
- Would have to follow up for all the orders of materials with the party & purchase department.
- Would be responsible for making monthly report of procured & utilized material statement.
- Shall be responsible of all store work steel & cement receipt & maintenance (Check expiry date test report cement as per first come first out basis etc.)
- Would have to purchase of material on petty basis, which is required for site on day-to-day basis.
- You would have to ensure that all incoming materials are physically counted, measured or weighted and to verify specifications as per purchase order.
- Would have to maintain control methods to reduce ordering cost and inventory carrying cost.
