Store Manager – PANE THAILAND

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Drive the team to achieve monthly sales targets and store KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver strong performance.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion, customer service, and staff productivity.
• Manage staff schedules, manpower, attendance, and daily task assignments.
• Oversee inventory, stock accuracy, product replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising, and brand standards.
• Handle customer issues and coordinate with Head Office on store operations.
• Prepare daily/monthly sales and performance reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

• 3–5 years of retail experience, with experience as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager.

• Experience in Fashion / Lifestyle / Premium Retail is preferred.

• Strong leadership, sales management, and team management skills.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• English communication is required; Chinese language skills are an advantage.

  Work Location: CentralWorld, Bangkok – PANE’s first store in Thailand.
