Store Manager

Job Responsibilities

Sales and profitability

. Drive assigned area/stores sales and profitability, proactively analyze the

performance monitoring of business metrics such as sales, average purchase, productivity, etc

. Propose and implement in-store strategy and improvement actions required, and lead team to achieve monthly sales target.

Operation standards

. Ensure that store administration duties are completed under Goelia’s business operation compliance standards

. Arrange in-store display according to company standards

. Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.

. Ensure exemplary customer service standards are achieved and maintained by sales associates

Inventory and Account Management

. Ensure goods are managed according to standards to prevent damage to goods.

. Responsible for daily operations such as inventory delivery, replenishment, and cash.

. Ensure timely and accurate sales records and be responsible for store accounts.

Team management

. Ensure the development of staff potential by leading team trainings and motivating the team

. Ensure a healthy staff retention rate by managing team members performance, work schedules and turnover

Job Requirements

. Minimum 1-2 years of retail and proven track record or relevant experience in similar position managing a sales team

. Ability to lead, train, develop and motivate team members

. Ability to collect, assemble and analyze data and KPIs

. Energetic, highly committed, and with passion for exceeding client expectations.

. Excellent communication, client service and problem-solving skills

. Understanding on fashion trends, strong business acumen, and knowledge on dress collocation

. Flexible availability to work throughout the week, weekends, and public holidays

. Fluent in Chinese is a plus
