Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our new Smalls Sliders location in Blue Springs MO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of restaurant management, and a passion for driving sales while maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise and train staff, including conducting employee orientation and ongoing training sessions.
• Oversee inventory management processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
• Implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Coordinate shift management to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and growth.

• Strong inventory management skills to effectively track stock levels and manage replenishment.
