Store Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

A Store Manager bridges retail and offering expert product advice on wellness products while managing sales and inventory process. They drive sales through specialized knowledge, educating customers, and ensuring accurate, compliant, and compassionate service in compression garments for training, performance, and recovery.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Revenue and Sales Growth

· Capture store target and execute operations strategies to hit daily, weekly and monthly sales;

· Looks at trade territory for business opportunity that will increase foot traffic and generate transactions;

2. Specialized Customer Service

• Greet customers and provide knowledgeable, compassionate advice on products like Compression tights, shorts, tops, socks, and calf guards.

3. Product Knowledge and Expertise

• Demonstrate the proper use of the product benefits, including technical specifications of compression wear.

4. Sales and Promotion

• Achieve sales targets, promote special benefits product offers, and cross-sell related products.

5. Cash Management

• Managed the daily closing of sales; cash reconciliation, deposits, collection reporting and others.

6. People Management

· Can handle people well and create a winning team that will drive growth to the business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Education: A Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and other related courses.

· Experience: At least 5 years work experience in retail and distribution company preferrably in a fashion shoes and aparrel industries.

· Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers, including those with special needs or concerns

· Attention to Detail: Meticulous care in tracking inventory.

· Lifestyle: Must be active and healthy. Possess a strong desire to influence others to be healthy. Must have at least one (1) sport activity.
