Store Manager

About the role

The Store Head is responsible for overseeing the overall store operations to achieve maximum sales and profitability. This role ensures excellent customer service, efficient inventory management, effective cost control, and the development of a high-performing team while maintaining operational excellence and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the effective implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Lead and manage daily store operations to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
• Supervise, coach, and develop store personnel to enhance performance and productivity.
• Monitor and control store expenses to maximize profitability.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock availability, accuracy, and shrinkage control.
• Manage store facilities, equipment, and fixed assets to ensure proper maintenance and utilization.
• Implement risk management and loss prevention measures to safeguard company assets.
• Analyze store performance and develop action plans to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• A graduate of any four-year course.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in retail, supermarket, or fast-food operations in a managerial capacity.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and people management skills.
• Results-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
