Payments, Cash and Compliance
Ensure payment plans follow company terms, referring any request outside the standard terms to the Regional Retail Director for authorisation.
Follow the cashless policy: cash is accepted by exception only, with Store Manager or Regional Retail Director approval.
Where cash is accepted, ensure it is checked, logged and signed in the cash book, stored and reconciled in line with the Cash Handling SOP.
Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements and security procedures.
