Position: Safety Officer
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Safety Officer to oversee workplace safety across our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with statutory regulations, promote a strong safety culture, and safeguard the health and well-being of all employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
• Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/NEBOSH/Factories Act and company standards.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and first-aid readiness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Certification in NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/industrial safety.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and hazard control measures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong Knoeledge of Microsoft Excel , Word & Power point.
