Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
• Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Manage payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory control, purchasing, merchandising, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize sales opportunities.
• Implement operational procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards, store policies, and legal regulations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching on managerial communication skills, and foster a team-oriented environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain excellent customer service standards.

Skills

• Proven 3 years of management experience in retail or entertainment environments with supervising responsibilities.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with effective employee orientation and training abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic math for retail math calculations.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases.
• Demonstrated leadership in sales management, operational management, and team development.
• Experience with budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks related to retail operations.
• Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette and managerial communication techniques.
