We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our convenience store. Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Oversee daily operations, including stock management, ordering, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Ensure proper merchandising, visual displays, and store organization to drive sales.

• Hire, train, and develop staff to maintain high performance and adherence to company policies.

• Manage budgets and financial reports to optimize store profitability.

• Implement strategic sales initiatives and negotiate with vendors to secure the best terms.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and customers.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet business goals.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage store operations effectively.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a retail or convenience store setting.

• Expertise in inventory management, stock ordering, and product selection.

• Excellent administrative abilities for maintaining reports and records.

• Strong sales acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth.

• Negotiation skills for vendor management and purchasing decisions.

• Budgeting experience to manage store finances efficiently.

• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are a plus.

• Experience in hiring and developing a team that aligns with company values.
