Running a successful store takes more than keeping shelves stocked. It requires someone who can support a team, maintain high standards, manage daily priorities, and make sure customers have a positive experience.

We’re looking for a Store Manager in Charlotte, NC to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate team activities, and help the business meet its performance goals. This role would suit someone who enjoys taking responsibility, solving practical problems, and creating an organized environment where people can do their best work.

Day to Day

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure activities run smoothly
• Coordinate staff schedules, responsibilities, and shift coverage
• Support, coach, and motivate team members
• Monitor sales performance and work toward store targets
• Maintain stock levels and coordinate inventory checks
• Ensure products are displayed appropriately and the store remains presentable
• Address customer concerns and help resolve service issues
• Review sales figures, inventory records, and operational reports
• Follow company procedures for cash handling, safety, and loss prevention
• Assist with staff training and the onboarding of new team members
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience
• Communicate operational updates and performance needs to management

What’s Important

You’ll need strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to make decisions, and confidence managing competing priorities. We’re looking for someone who can lead by example, support colleagues, and take ownership of daily responsibilities.

Previous retail management, store supervision, team leadership, sales, inventory, or customer service experience is beneficial.

You should also be comfortable reviewing basic sales figures, managing stock, handling customer concerns, and using standard computer systems. A dependable approach, good judgment, and the ability to give constructive feedback are important.

Pay: $21.70 - $24.10 per hour
