Store Manager

1. Ensure that the materials are unloaded safely and stored in the correct spaces.

2. Ensure that Re-Order Level and/or optimal stock level for all items are maintained

3. Ensure updating of stock and consumption records are maintained properly. (In Tally/Stock ledger).

4. Ensure for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounts for reimbursements and keep a record for it.

5. Ensure stock taking is being conducted 2nd week of the month and report .

6. Ensure that Material Requisition Note is prepared for all receipts and are submitted to Purchase.

7. Ensure that stock transfer format is filled completely when stocks are being shifted to the next plant.

8. Ensure proper training session is being conducted for the store team on regular basis for smooth store management

9. Ensure store team are maintaining a safe and clean store environment by developing and publishing evacuation routes; determining and documenting locations of potentially dangerous materials and chemicals.

10. Ensure that all the necessary documents are maintained and kept up to date as directed by the top management.

11. Ensure that store is kept clean and tidy as per the routine cleaning schedule.

12. Ensure to interpret and implement the organizations policies related to all resources utilized in providing an efficient Store operation.

13. Ensure the store team are performing their duties and responsibilities as per the Job Description assigned by top management.

14. Ensure the store team are strictly following all the rules, etiquettes and code of conduct establishment

15. Ensure any discrepancy being reported to the top management for the issues that require more attention.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
